The Lead Grader widget (Agency)

The Lead Grader is an embeddable "check your AI visibility" tool you put on your own website. Visitors enter their business details, get an instant AI-visibility scorecard — and every run lands as a lead in your Eleor inbox. It's a lead magnet that qualifies itself.

Setting up a widget

Agency Tools → Widget Settings. You can run up to 10 widgets, each with its own look and placement, sharing one monthly quota. Pick a type:

• Full Page Popup — opens after a delay; highest conversion
• Inline Embed — a horizontal banner inside articles or pages
• Small Bar / Floating Button / Simple Button — lighter-touch triggers
• Contact Form — collects the lead; you deliver the results yourself

Customize the headline, description, button copy, colors, your logo, and which fields to collect. The live preview simulates the widget on a real page — including its trigger behavior — so what you see is what visitors get.

The conversion model

Under Success & Scoring you choose one of two flows:

Show scores with exactly one follow-up: a contact form ("Want help fixing this?") or a CTA button to your booking page.
Gate the scores — the visitor unlocks their scorecard by leaving their name and phone. The form type always gates.

Installing it

Copy the one-line script tag from the editor and paste it into your site. For inline types, paste it exactly where the widget should appear. You can restrict which domains may run your widget under Widget Location.

Leads and the Qualified flag

Every run appears in Agency Tools → Grader Leads with the business's scores attached. A lead is marked Qualified when the email's domain matches the website they graded — that's an owner or operator checking their own business, not a curious passerby. Work leads with statuses (New → Contacted → Nurturing → Dismissed), team notes on each lead, and a one-click Run full scan to turn a hot lead into a full audit.

Quota

Your account includes 250 grades per month, shared across all your widgets, resetting monthly. Repeat checks of the same business within 30 days are served from cache and don't produce duplicate spend.
